"I had a little problem in a parking lot where I scraped the right side of my car.  It is a 2010 Lexus and I am pretty concerned about who would repair this damage.  I have heard good things about Middlebranch Collision and Jim as the owner.  I took my car in and he and I had a very pleasant conversation and he was most helpful in advising me of what needed to be repaired and how they do it.  He was very pleasing to work with and helpful in arranging a rental car after I dropped of my car for the repairs.  He even called after some of the parts had been removed and he explained that some damage was done in the door and my options in repairing this damage.  All in all, I am most pleased with Jim and the work he did on my car and I would have very little problem in advising my friends to allow him to repair the damage they have to their vehicles."
